A second group of ex-civil servants has written to President Ram Nath Kovind to ‘counter’ the first group’s allegation last week that the EC was ‘weak-kneed’.
The letter comes in response to an 8 April letter written by another group of former civil servants, expressing concern over the credibility of the Election Commission.
