The Hindu report is guilty of generalising the particular, taking comments made by a few students that the food is not tasty and generalising for the entire country. My own children do not like the food served to them in school, in the college hostel and if they are in a suicidal mood, the food served at home. Their friend’s mother’s cooking is always very tasty though!!
