J&K Lt Governor Manoj Sinha Thursday said 8,000 underground bunkers have been completed along the Line of Control and the International Border for the safety of border residents.
During an event Monday, Sinha said Jammu and Kashmir has a development deficit of 73 years and but the administration is fully prepared to deal with the challenges to fill the gap.
Sinha noted that the scheme visualises a larger role of Jammu and Kashmir in Indian economy and manufacturing and service sector units in the union territory will benefit from it
