The 31-year-old English singer, who fell from a third-floor hotel room balcony in Buenos Aires, was reportedly ‘under the effects of drugs and alcohol’.
The capital police said they were called to the hotel in Palermo neighborhood where they were notified of an ‘aggressive man who could be under effects of drugs and alcohol.’
