Former Maharashtra minister Naseem Khan, D.K. Shivakumar and Milind Deora were taken into custody outside a Mumbai hotel where Karnataka's rebel MLAs have been staying.
Karnataka minister DK Shivakumar was stopped from entering the hotel after MLAs told police they feared for their safety. The minister, however, refused to leave.
