Boy a great initiative by our CDS but why can’t we have a Chief JCO @ CDS level or Chief JCO COAS level who can be a better individual to look into OR/ NCO/ JCO level matters which these so called COAS or CDS often overlook. As OR/ NCO/ JCO strength is 80% more then officers who command..justa a fruitful ?
