Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram is being investigated for allegedly facilitating clearance to INX Media for receiving overseas funds to the tune of Rs 305 crore in 2007.
The court also sought the investigating agency's response on the Congress leader's anticipatory bail plea and listed the matter for further hearing on 3 July.
Chidambaram's custody was extended till 6 March after the CBI contended that there were "very shocking evidences" of what he had done when he went abroad.
