But it obvious that if I come in front of the cameras and talk, I will be talking through my hat because I do not know the present situation except the geography – which would also have changed because of new constructions etc… So, please do not bring in veterans as experts. What we veterans speak on these localized actions mostly will not be relevant in today’s context.
So, I will request the media to be patient and help the security forces in doing their duty by saying only what needs to be said and repose faith in the system. In any case we can’t alter actions sitting in our drawing rooms or the studios. Let us not handicap the Defenece Forces
You just need to have common sense, read history and look answers in binary.
Over the last 70 years Tibet is gone, half of Ladakh is gone, Bhutan, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh is next.
Current crisis if resolved what would India lose few vantage points so what next. In another two years whole Ladakh.
Time to take a stand and spell it out clearly.
This adventurism has resulted in loss of Indian lives and will continue to have it if the forces are not given right to self defense of themselves and the country.
If they encroach on our territory make them prisoners.
Use undemarcated line to its advantage and make moves to west and East Tibet eventually freeing from colonization.
If this is not stopped then sooner or later while north of India will be eating Kung pao chicken instead of rajma chole.
The two gentlemen at the top abhor any sort of competent professionals. They will rather rely on a coterie of yesmen chiefly from their state cadre. And the policy results are there for everyone to see – Nepal, tense situation with China, economic mess and so on.
India need to teach a lesson to China – who is taking it granted that India will bow down to them. Today’s world is not for buggers who just cry and beg for international help . Peace is possible only when India proves that China can not defeat India on battle ground. India during Congress rule has not given emphasis on making our defense strong and China is testing guts.
