The very high budget for some premier institute is all right to push research and quality education. but these institutes should have longterm plans to move away from the government money and raise their own finances. Also, no government can provide good paying stable government type jobs to all unemployed youths. They need to be entrepreneurs to become job creator. Big corporations and businesses can also not provide jobs to all even we have many more of them. The government can improve skills and facilitates entrepreneurship.
More than 3% of education budget for IIT, IIM and AIIMS. What about rest of youth of india studying in state govt and private colleges. Do the states not deseve grants for taxes collected? Only the elite get funding to run away to foreign countries and serve themselves after using tax payers money. The govt is responsible for creating jobs for massrs and not for elite class.
