This problem was created by the Congress govt and its HRD minister Kapil Sibbal. He introduced CCE system in the schools. The rule was that no student would fail upto class 10. Now people are suffering. 10th class passed students cannot solve math, science of 8th, 9th. In colleges, they cannot learn anything because of weak base. After returning from college, they become unemployable.
Who created this situation? Everyone in education field knows that it was Kapil Sibbal and the Congress govt.
The very high budget for some premier institute is all right to push research and quality education. but these institutes should have longterm plans to move away from the government money and raise their own finances. Also, no government can provide good paying stable government type jobs to all unemployed youths. They need to be entrepreneurs to become job creator. Big corporations and businesses can also not provide jobs to all even we have many more of them. The government can improve skills and facilitates entrepreneurship.
More than 3% of education budget for IIT, IIM and AIIMS. What about rest of youth of india studying in state govt and private colleges. Do the states not deseve grants for taxes collected? Only the elite get funding to run away to foreign countries and serve themselves after using tax payers money. The govt is responsible for creating jobs for massrs and not for elite class.
It is also worth asking if Modi knows what India is all about. He can only pretend to know and have all answers; and he is a good imposter actually – Perhaps more timely and necessary question.
