Kumar Ketkar the writer of the article seems to be an ignorant person, some of these guys re outdated, EVMs without VVPAT are dangerous, Cong/UPA and ECI opposed the safe guard, Dr Subramanian Swamy petition in SC led to the introduction VVPAT, but Cong Govt delayed Funds being allocated and now ECI has introduced used the VVPAT , which is safe.
