DGCA has asked IndiGo to submit a report after the airline didn't allow a specially-abled child to board a flight with his family on 7 May, claiming the boy was in a 'state of panic'.
DGCA chief Arun Kumar said the regulator will take 'strict action against those found responsible for the lapse', and also said the pilots would be trained again.
In a circular Wednesday, DCGA mentioned that the restriction will not be applicable to international 'all-cargo operations and flight' approved by the aviation regulator.
