Sudhakar’s death comes just a fortnight after security forces eliminated CPI (Maoist) chief Basavaraju. Earlier, top leaders Chalapathi and Prayag Manjhi were also killed.
Offensive was launched based on inputs about presence of Maoist leader Sudhakar, Telangana State Committee member Bandi Prakash, DKSZC member Pappa Rao, and a few other armed cadres.
