Chatterjee & Mukherjee have been in ED's remand since their arrest on 23 July. The agency claims to have recovered Rs 49.80 crore in cash, jewellery and gold bars linked to the scam.
Following the transaction which is expected to be completed by November, Dassault Reliance Aerospace Ltd will become an associate company, with Reliance retaining a 49% stake.
