Kejriwal himself have stated since the beginning about the form of strike by IAS officers against AAP / Non-cooperation to AAP. Kejriwal is clearly saying that they are coming to office, clearing the files but not responding to any requests of AAP for meeting or appointments. And may be that they dont feel obliged to respond as nor CM nor Ministers have any powers to take action against them.
The Print.in journos should have enquired whether they are not attending meetings requested by Delhi state ministers or responding to AAP requests. Cabinet and statutory meetings that the IAS officers claiming to attend are anyways presided by the central government.. isnt it?
