Though there may not a broker in Rafale deal, it is well known that there are brokers in defence deals and not one government in the Centre till date has succeeded in minimising corruption in such deals. (I believe elimination of corruption may be pretty difficult job). 4. Further, what is most worrying part of defence contracts is that there is no determination and resolve to make transparent defence equipment 5. I have a suggestion to Congress and other opposition parties. Congress and all anti-BJP parties should make a public commitment of scrapping the Rafale deal in case non-BJP government is formed after Lok Sabha election in 2019.
