Zeel got the better of compatriot Jennifer Luikham in the quarterfinals to win 6-3, 6-1 in one hour and 13 minutes to make the final four.
She will take on fourth seeded Russian Elina Nepliy in the semifinal. Nepliy beat sixth seeded Ksenia Laskutova 6-2, 6-3 in the quarterfinals.
Tea Kovacevic from Bosnia Herzegovina registered a dominant 6-1, 6-1 win over seventh seed Elena Jamshidi in 53 minutes.
Kovacevic will take on the top seed Zhibek Kulambayeva of Kazakhstan, who ended the winning run of Indian wildcard entry Madhurima Sawant 6-1, 6-0 in just 55 minutes.
In the doubles semifinals, the pair of Kulambayeva and Ekaterina Yashina defeated the Indian duo of Saumya Ronde and Chevika Reddy Sama 6-3, 6-3 to enter the final.
