Coimbatore, Apr 28 (PTI) City-based Quadrasystems.net India Private Ltd has announced its growth plans.
Quadra has been one of the early movers in the digital transformation space by providing cloud consulting, migration, deployment and service to businesses across diverse verticals including manufacturing, IT/ITES, pharma and healthcare, among others.
The company would open an office in Singapore this year to cater to the demand in the region comprising Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. The office in Singapore would be operational by July 2022.
This would act also as a hub to expand to other South-East Asian countries for which the company is investing Rs.23 crore, a company release said on Thursday.
Quadra plans to recruit over 300 people this year with its internship and recruitment model. Apart from freshers, the company is looking to hire professionals across all levels.
Besides, the company is expanding office space here and Bengaluru to accommodate the increased headcount, while simultaneously practising a hybrid work culture to give its employees the flexibility and work-life balance that suits them best.
“The importance of a resilient digital backbone has never been more important than today. We’re leading the way in helping businesses adopt a digital-first strategy. These investments are just a representation of our commitment to customers,” said the company co-founder and executive director Prashanh Subamaniam. PTI NVM NVG NVG
