The Prime Minister addressed a poll rally in Jhabua, where he also said his govt has disbursed loans to 14 crore people under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.

Jhabua: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday said he used the “bitter medicine” of demonetisation to bring back money into banking system and to give “proper treatment to deep-rooted corruption system” in the country.

Addressing a poll rally here for the November 28 Assembly elections, Modi also said his government has so far disbursed loans to 14 crore people, “that too without guarantee”, under the ambitious Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.

“The amount of work we (BJP-led government) have done in four years, Congress would be able to do it in 10 years,” Modi said.

“Remember the time when Congress was in power here in Madhya Pradesh, what was the condition of people? Madhya Pradesh does not deserve a government which never thinks about the state’s welfare,” Modi said, targeting the Congress party.

Modi said that during the Congress’ 55 year rule in Madhya Pradesh, 1,500 schools were made, but Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan established 4,000 schools in the state in just 15 years.

“Our mantra is to provide education to boys and girls, income for youth, irrigation facility to farmers and medicines to elders,” Modi said.

Modi said the Congress promised to waive farmers’ loans in Karnataka, but instead of doing so, issued warrants against peasants and sent them to jail.

“My government is aiming to double farmers’ income by 2022,” the prime minister said.

On ‘housing for all’, Modi said, “My dream is to provide ‘pucca’ houses to everyone in the country by 2022. We have so far given keys of such houses to 1.25 crore people”. – PTI

  1. good to have a new story on demonetization – what we need is how did it manage to stall corruption – that would be a revelation – amazing job

  2. What bitter medicine you are talking about Dear PM, in fact those who used to save 1000 rs note and saving more with new 2000 rs note in black, printed by your Great Government, please do not fool around with people’s emotions, so many have died seeing it is difficult for them to withdraw their own money from their bank account, Bank manager was asked to present proof of wedding card if money needs to withdrawn. Demonitisation was Bulshit decision taken by your govt, better realise and try to apologise for this

Sheer bundle and web of lies !

Why should not the Prime Minister stem the rot enveloping and encompassing the institutions
at present mired in deep mistrust, mess and chaos ?

Is poll campaigning that important for a Prime Minister that too for a couple of state assemblies ?

Does it behove a Prime Minister to mislead the masses on issues like DEMONETISATION when
majority of the people and various sections of society were and are badly and adversely affected sans
    any worthwhile result ?

Why is he tightlipped about Rafale Fighter Aircraft Deal Saga ? Why is he mum over alleged
charges and counter charges of rampant corruption in high institutions like CBI,RAW, CVC,
Enforcement Directorate,Income Tax and what not ?

In election campaign, why is he evading all these issues maintaining a deliberate anf close
guarded silence ? He is living in fools’ paradise if he thinks that by blaming and putting
Congress in the dock all the time he will be able to divert public attention from these issues !
The natives are alive, awake and vigil about the panic and anarchy staring the nation in
    the face !

He must bear in mind, he can befool some people for some time but he can not befool all the
people for all the times ! Then he is forgetting that falsehood and lies have always a short time
and short life because TRUTH cannot be pushed under the carpet for too long !

TRUTH will ultimtely prevail and reign supreme in the long run !
