This edition of ‘Off The Cuff’ saw Pakistani High Commissioner to India, Abdul Basit in conversation with ThePrint Chairman & Editor-in-Chief Shekhar Gupta and Pranab Dhal Samanta, Editor, ThePrint. We saw him speaking on a wide range of issues including the unrest in Kashmir, One Belt One Road initiative of China, Hizbul Mujahideen, Dawood Ibrahim and problems in Afghanistan. The event was held in Delhi on 6 July 2017.
