West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar was in conversation with ThePrint’s Editor-in-Chief Shekhar Gupta and Political Editor D.K. Singh at Off The Cuff in Kolkata Saturday. Governor Dhankhar, who assumed office six months back, has been locked in a tussle with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. At the event, the governor said he can only be controlled by the Constitution of India “and not by any government” and that he is not a “post office or a rubber stamp”.
