Deoria (UP), Jul 15 (PTI) A 55-year-old labourer was killed while returning home from work when an unknown vehicle hit him near Deoria district’s Kotwali area, a police official said on Tuesday.
Indradev, a resident of Ranighat village, was run over around 10 pm on Monday night.
Locals informed the police and his family and rushed the critically injured Indradev around 1 am to the Maharishi Devraha Baba Medical College where doctors declared him dead, according to the police.
