Gurugram, Oct 2 (PTI) Following “persistent complaints” by the RWAs, Chief Minister Nayab Saini ordered the suspension of two regional officers of the Haryana State Pollution Control Board on Friday, an official said.
The move was announced during a review meeting on Gurugram’s development projects, the official said.
According to the orders issued by Haryana State Pollution Control Board Chairman Shekhar Vidyarthi, Mukul Kumar and Akansha were placed under suspension with immediate effect.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the RWA complaints had referred to.
The order said the suspended officers’ headquarters for now will be the head office of the state pollution board in Panchkula. PTI COR
