Scindia inaugurates AirAsia India flights connecting Lucknow with 3 cities

New Delhi, Aug 5 (PTI) Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Friday virtually inaugurated AirAsia India flights connecting Lucknow with Bengaluru, Goa and Delhi, a statement said.

The airline will also operate Lucknow-Mumbai and Lucknow-Kolkata flights from September 1, its statement noted.

The Lucknow-Bengaluru, Lucknow-Goa and Lucknow-Delhi flights — which were inaugurated on Friday — will operate daily, it mentioned.

Overall, a total of 112 flights will operate from Lucknow per week, it stated.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was present at the Lucknow airport for the inauguration event, the statement noted. PTI DSP RCJ
