New Delhi, Apr 21 (PTI) Rajya Sabha Chairman C P Radhakrishnan has reappointed AIADMK member M Thambi Durai as Chairman of the Committee on Government Assurances and DMK member Tiruchi Siva as the Chairman of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Industry.
“The Chairman, Rajya Sabha, has nominated Shri M. Thambi Durai, Member, Rajya Sabha, to be a member of the Committee on Government Assurances and also re-appointed him to be the Chairman of the said Committee w.e.f. the 18 April, 2026,” an official notification from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat said.
“The Chairman, Rajya Sabha, has nominated Shri Tiruchi Siva, Member, Rajya Sabha, to be a member of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Industry and also re-appointed him to be the Chairman of the said Committee w.e.f. the 18 April, 2026,” another notification said.
