New Delhi: The Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) has organized a second National Webinar to make people aware of the recently enacted criminal laws, a PIB press release stated.
This webinar was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj. The webinar included presentations by experts from the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) and MoWCD. The experts highlighted the key provisions of the new laws and their positive impacts on women and children. The purpose of this webinar is to raise awareness and understanding of the new laws among various sections of society, especially women and children.
This webinar is part of the initiative of the Ministry of Women and Child Development to disseminate the laws across the country. The Ministry of Women and Child Development is committed to empowering women and children in India. The new laws are a step forward in the direction of gender equality and women’s empowerment. The webinar will provide a platform to raise awareness about the positive impact of new criminal laws on women and children in the country.
