New Delhi: The Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE) inaugurated its pavilion at the Mahakumbh-2025 in Prayagraj Wednesday. Themed “Divine, Grand, and Digital,” the pavilion showcases the ministry’s commitment to integrating technology with traditional values while promoting its flagship social welfare schemes, a PIB release stated.
The pavilion highlights several key schemes, including the Vanchit Ikai Samooh aur Vargon ki Aarthik Sahayata Yojana (VISVAS), which provides financial aid to marginalized groups, and the PM-Daksh Yojana, which focuses on skill development for these communities. Other initiatives, such as the Senior Citizen Welfare Scheme, Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, and the NAMASTE Scheme, are also being promoted.
