New Delhi: Delhi Lieutenant-Governor V.K. The transfer order will affect 11 officers of Special Commissioner of Police (CP) rank — including those heading high-profile units of the force, such as the special cell which deals with counter-terrorism cases, the crime branch and the law and order zones, and several others of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP)-rank.

The two Special CPs who were managing law and order in the city — Dependra Pathak and Sagar Preet Hooda, Special CPs of Zone 1 and Zone 2, respectively — will take over as Special CPs in charge of security, and operations and perception management, respectively.
