Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has appointed Chief Secretary Rajiva Sinha as chairman of the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC), the government’s nodal agency for industry, for a three-year term after his retirement from the IAS Wednesday.
