New Delhi, Apr 10 (PTI) The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation said on Friday it will conduct an online customer satisfaction survey from April 13 to May 10 to gather feedback from commuters on various aspects of its services.
The survey, part of the 13th edition of a global benchmarking exercise managed by the Transport Strategic Centre, aims to understand passenger perceptions and identify areas for improvement in metro operations, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said in a statement.
According to the corporation, commuters can participate in the survey by visiting the official DMRC website and submitting their responses online. The survey will be available in both English and Hindi. Participants will be able to share feedback on key parameters such as availability, accessibility, ease of use, information before and during travel, reliability, customer care, comfort, crowding, security and overall satisfaction, the statement said.
It further stated that metro systems across the world that are part of the COMET benchmarking group are taking part in the exercise to assess customer experience and adopt best practices based on commuter feedback.
The findings of the survey are expected to help improve service quality and enhance overall passenger experience, it added. PTI SHB PRK
