BJP Chief Nabin offers prayers at Kashi Vishwanath Temple with CM Adityanath

Lucknow, Apr 28 (PTI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Naveen on Tuesday offered prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple along with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and party’s state chief Pankaj Chaudhary.

The leaders performed rituals at the temple in Varanasi and sought blessings for the nation’s progress and welfare of its citizens.

In a post on X, Nabin said he had the “divine opportunity” to offer prayers at the sanctum sanctorum of Lord Kashi Vishwanath and prayed for the country’s continuous development, public welfare and prosperity of every citizen.

Adityanath, in a separate post, said he felt fortunate to have offered prayers in the “holy city of Kashi” along with the BJP leadership and prayed for the wellbeing of all devotees and residents of the state.

Chaudhary also shared that he performed puja at the temple along with senior leaders, including Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, and prayed for universal welfare and national progress.
