Athletics Federation of India unveils new logo ahead of 2024 Olympic Games in Paris

The new logo was unveiled by Union Sports Minister during handing over of medals to winners of National Inter-State Athletics Championships.

The Athletics Federation of India Saturday unveiled its new logo ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The logo, said a statement by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) was designed to reflect the country’s vibrant culture and traditions.
The new logo was unveiled by Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya during the handing over of medals to the winners of the National Inter-State Athletics Championships held at the Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Patiala.

In his address to the athletes, Mandaviya assured them that the government is committed to providing all possible help for their safe return from the Olympic Games.

“Under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji’s leadership, the government is working towards strengthening the sports infrastructure. The progress made in the field of sports in the last 10 years has been very encouraging,” he said.

“I am confident that our athletes will perform their best in the Paris Olympic Games,” he added.
