New Delhi: The Netherlands royalty King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima started their five-day India tour Monday, by meeting Prime Minister Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind.
During their trip, the royal couple will visit New Delhi, Mumbai, and Kerala, and will hold meetings with top Indian leadership to boost bilateral economic and political cooperation.
This is their first trip to India since their ascension to the throne in 2013.
