We don’t need Congress. In fact, we should have less intrusive govt in our lives, where govt just does bare minimum of defence, police, and enabling regulations through bureacracy.
Congress is a typical big govt party, which looks at the country as a collection of castes, linguistic groups and religious groups, and tries to act as saviour from each other.
First, they should accept India as a continuius civilization and not a British creation, and focus on treating everyone equally, and creating a system of equality of opportunity than peddling equality of outcomes in a broken system, they don’t want to fix.
Individual politicians in BJP maybe corrupt, but their overall ideology is right. In Congress, the ideology is haphazardly idealistic, which enables more corruption, that can’t be papered over by occasionally showcasing an honest man like MMS, time to time.
And why would Akhilesh in UP will give lion share of MP’s to Congress in Lok Sabha elections ??
