The Supreme Court is right about Delhi’s Odd-Even vehicle rationing. It’s a cosmetic measure, not a solution. There is no empirical evidence that it has improved the capital’s air quality. CM Arvind Kejriwal needn’t extend it and continue the charade. It’s time Centre and states look for real solutions instead.
