The fruit of patient diplomacy. Although one should not be hasty, a normal relationship with China contributes to more stability with Pakistan as well. And avoids having to sacrifice trade and investment opportunities due to a breakdown of strategic trust. The protocols for patrolling should be safe, avoid any loss of life along the LAC.
