  1. World class infrastructure would help. Existing one needs regular safety audits and maintenance. Newly created ones should conform to international standards. Including safeguards to measure up to extreme weather events that climate change is making more frequent. So many newly inaugurated prestigious projects are developing cracks, other signs of shoddy quality.
