The conversation between the pilots shows there was no deliberate effort to ditch the aircraft. The effort to restart the engines could easily have been thwarted if that was true. How the two switches moved from Run to Cut off, serially, one second apart, is what further investigation should focus on. The nature of the switches also precludes inadvertent action by the pilot.
