I remember having casual chat with my work colleagues from Middle-east and China, I used to tell them that I wouldn’t exchange my liberty of free speech for a million-dollar job in that region of the world. Here in the western world, we consuming news material from balanced news organization like NPR and BBC, I understand the difference between anecdotal evidences and empirical evidences and the importance of independent press.

To gain power, use of social media along with tried and tested recipe from Hitler and Mussolini fascist principles. Now with ascend of Artificial Intelligence, democracy will have new challenges. These are the challenges never heard before so traditional 4 pillars of democracy are shaking in many parts of the world. These is where autocratic regimes are showcasing to their citizens the flaws of democracy. Most of the mainstream television news channels in India has become mouthpiece of various government.
