New Delhi: The White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (WHIAANHPI) has issued its final report to President Joe Biden, detailing the administration’s commitment to advancing equity, justice, and opportunity for these communities.

The comprehensive report, “Rising Together,” highlights the Biden-Harris administration’s unprecedented investments in programs and initiatives specifically designed to support Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities, stated a press release.

The report outlines WHIAANHPI’s work in four key areas: raising visibility, supporting communities in crisis, strengthening federal employment pathways, and promoting capacity building. It also includes updates from 29 federal agencies on their implementation of action plans to address systemic barriers faced by these communities.

The report includes 86 community-centered recommendations from the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders, many of which have already been implemented. The report concludes by showcasing the administration’s progress across seven strategic priority areas, including combating anti-Asian hate, promoting inclusivity, advancing data disaggregation, improving language access, addressing COVID-19 recovery, expanding outreach and engagement, and diversifying the federal workforce.

The full report, “Rising Together,” is available on the White House website: wh.gov/whiaanhpireport2025.
