ASUNCION/MONTEVIDEO, March 13 (Reuters) – Uruguayan alleged drug trafficker Sebastian Marset has been arrested in Bolivia, the chief of Paraguay’s National Anti-Drug Secretariat told a local radio station in Paraguay on Friday.

Marset, who is accused of leading the First Uruguayan Cartel, is a wanted fugitive sought by Interpol.
