PORT-AU-PRINCE, April 1 (Reuters) – U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has appointed former Haitian Prime Minister Garry Conille as U.N. resident coordinator in Kenya, the U.N. said on Wednesday, adding Conille would take up his post that same day.
