New Delhi: UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrived in Cardiff for a two-day visit Monday to Wales and his first in-person meeting with First Minister of Wales, Eluned Morgan, a UK government release stated.
The two leaders will discuss how they can improve the relationship between the UK and Welsh governments and work together to deliver for people in both countries. Discussions will focus on creating good quality jobs, driving down energy bills and providing energy security.
The two leaders are scheduled to visit a renewable energy site Tuesday to “look at how Welsh companies are investing in clean power projects to power homes and support jobs in the local community.”
