Singapore, Jan 19 (PTI) Singapore-based Indian-origin Global Schools Foundation (GSF) has announced a strategic partnership with Glendale Schools group of Hyderabad, India on Thursday as it simultaneously executes a USD 550 million investment plan in the Indian education sector.

The partnership promises to enhance the holistic education provided by Glendale schools through personalised and adaptive learning programmes of the foundation which are driven by Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

It also promises to open new avenues for the expansion of Glendale in the next few years, said a GSF release.

Last month, the foundation announced its plan to invest over USD 550 million in the Indian education sector by 2026.

Recognised as the world’s most award-winning education institution, GSF is reputed for offering a range of international opportunities to its students and teachers.

The Glendale investment details were not immediately known.

“We are pleased to be partnering with Glendale Education, an organisation that has shown incredible commitment to character and values-based education, ” GSF Chief Investment Officer Prasoon Dayal said on Thursday.

“We believe the innovation capabilities of GSF will help us accelerate our mission of providing top-class international education to students in Hyderabad and surrounding cities,” said Dayal.

“We believe that this GSF partnership will further bolster our holistic programme for cultivating character and competence in our students to help them become global leaders,” said Minu Salooja, Assistant Director at Glendale which owns Hyderabad’s top schools including Glendale Academy and Glendale International.
