MOSUL, Iraq, March 23 (Reuters) – At least seven rockets were launched from the Iraqi town of Rabi’a towards a U.S. military base in northeastern Syria on Monday, two Iraqi security sources.

No further details were provided for the incident.

A rocket launch platform was found in the Rabi’a district, west of Mosul, and a burnt vehicle used to fire seven rockets towards the Syrian side was seized, two security sources said.
