March 10 (Reuters) – Here are statistics released by Gulf defence ministries and militaries on drones and missiles that Iran has fired at their territories since the start of the U.S.-Israeli air war against Iran, as of March 9:

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Ballistic missiles:

* 253 ballistic missiles detected * 233 intercepted * 18 fell into the sea * 2 landed on UAE territory

Drones:

* 1,440 drones detected * 1,359 intercepted * 81 fell within UAE territory

Cruise missiles: 

8 detected and destroyed

QATAR

Ballistic missiles: 

* 127 ballistic missiles detected * 118 intercepted

Drones: 

* 63 drones detected * 47 drones intercepted

Cruise missiles: 

* 7 cruise missiles detected and intercepted

Aircraft: 

* 2 Sukhoi SU-24 aircraft detected and intercepted

BAHRAIN

Missiles: 

* 105 missiles destroyed

Drones: 

* 176 drones destroyed

KUWAIT

Ballistic missiles:

* 120 ballistic missiles detected * 17 intercepted between March 6-9, no data availablebefore

Drones:

* 308 drones detected * 22 intercepted between March 6-9

Kuwait reported missile and drone attacks from March 2-5 but gave no specific data. No data was available for Saudi Arabia and Oman.
