SAO PAULO, April 8 (Reuters) – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said on Wednesday that the government will submit a bill to Congress this week aimed at reducing working hours.

The proposal, a key plank of Lula’s platform ahead of the October elections, seeks to cut working hours without reducing salaries.
