TUNIS, March 13 (Reuters) – Algerian army units killed four armed militants during a counterterrorism operation in the northeastern region of Tebessa, the defence ministry said on Friday.
The troops recovered four Kalashnikov guns, a significant quantity of ammunition, and other military gear, the ministry added.
