These days, most of the country’s youth are busy building their passion projects but some potential initiatives have shut down due to their leaders’ lack of knowledge and exposure.

Startups, however, play an important role in shaping the country as they create new consumers and markets.

The podcast, Entrepreneurial Adventures of Chiranjiv Patel, is a good place to learn everything about running startups, building networks, building the business — and building the leader along with the team above all.

The podcast is made to encourage, motivate and guide the country’s youngsters to do it all under the guidance of Chiranjiv Patel — a successful entrepreneur of Gujarat who helps startups to flourish and build themselves well — by drawing from his experiences and learning from his mistakes.

The Podcast consists of 10 episodes: Passion or Money, Introspection and Execution, Market it Right, The Art of Delegation, The Dream Team, Networking and Growth, Mentorship Matters, Boss vs Leader, Collaborate not Compete, and Giving back to Society. These episodes cover everything from starting a startup to surviving it well with specific tips and hacks.

Listening to it will help youngsters grow their startup by one step each day. These ten episodes are stepping stones to making their startup a successful venture.

Patel shares the intention behind starting the podcast: “During the period of lockdown, I received tons of messages about youngsters facing issues in leading their startups, and some had to give up on their dreams because of their lack of experience, mentorship, and experiences. All this inspired me to come up with 10 episodic content that doesn’t only help youngsters in doing great work but also building a community of entrepreneurs who will boost each other in building the business as this is not the time to compete but to collaborate and bring back the economy to normalcy.”

The podcast has been released on all social media platforms. “We are all looking forward to your response to the podcast,” adds Patel.
