How an ash cloud produced by a volcanic eruption in Ethiopia reached India, & disrupted flights

An ash cloud from a volcanic eruption nearly 4500 km away from India in Ethiopia reached India on Monday evening, impacting visibility and flight operations in northern, northwestern and parts of western India.
