5th-gen fighter jets may soon get a new wingman—Lockheed, Boeing’s vision for drone team-up

Earlier this week, American defence and aerospace manufacturer Lockheed Martin unveiled the Vectis. It said that this was a Group 5 survivable and lethal collaborative combat aircraft, or CCA. In simple terms, the Vectis is an autonomous combat aircraft or a military drone. We look at the Vectis and other such drones in development.
